Eating fish twice a week for optimal health can get pretty pricey. Stocking up on canned can make your life a whole lot easier, tastier, and won't break the bank.
Next time you’re grocery shopping stock up on canned salmon with skin & bones included for more calcium and nutrients. It's a shock at first, but trust me once everything is mashed together, you don't even notice it's there!!

Use them in place of tuna for a salmon salad or make these delicious salmon burgers for tasty lunch or dinner.
